Payment via bank

Right after your order is placed, invoice is automatically formed. It has to be printed right after order placement. If you’ve lost your invoice, write to us and we’ll send you a new one. Shipping methods

Shipping is performed by mail. We provide two shipping options: Regular mail service and EMS. In all the variants tracking number is provided. Using this tracking number you can always track the status of your parcel. Nevertheless, you can always get additional information on the status of your parcel at our trade manager. You can contact our trade manager via e-mail shop@fajnodesign.com or using any other way convenient for you. While placing your order you need to specify your zip code. Using the given information the shop will automatically offer you available for your region shipping methods, as well as provide information on shipping terms and calculate the shipping cost. Pay your attention that not all the shipping options are available in all regions. Estimated delivery time may vary from 1 to 30 days depending on your address (EMS 5-10 business days, Regular mail service up to 25 business days). For the most accurate information you’ll have to proceed with your order till the shipping stage and fill in your actual address.
