The store is now in a test mode. So please, allow us 10-21 business days to process your order. Some of the items might yet be getting shipped from factories to our warehouse or occasionally may be oversold. If that happens we accept the order and notify you on estimated restock date via e-mail. We’ll ship the items out in 1–2 business days after they’re ready to ship out.
We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard and PayPal. Prices for all of our items are listed in US Dollars, whether you’re logging in from the US, Europe, or any other country.
Returns / Exchange
Items can be returned for refund or exchanged within 40 days of the purchase as long as product is in its original condition and returned to us with original packaging. All shipping fees are non-refundable unless product is determined to be damaged or defective.
If you have received a damaged or defective item, contact email@example.com with a photo of the damaged item and your order number. We’ll take care of you!
If you realize that the arrived item is not of the color or form you’ve chosen, we suggest you to return your original purchase for a refund before ordering in a new size or color.
All orders will ship via EMS postal service. Upon shipping, you will receive a tracking number and confirmation outlining the details of your order. You will be able to check them anytime you want.
